The project embraces "golden forest, silver sea": open ocean in front, and behind it a mangrove ecosystem of over 75,000 ha — Vietnam's first UNESCO biosphere reserve and the only green lung of Ho Chi Minh City.

The entity depends on the component project and contract. Documents name Công ty Cổ phần Đô thị Du lịch Cần Giờ; a Vinh Ngoc policy dated 4 March 2026 names Công ty TNHH Capitaland Tower for Complex No. 2. Check the exact unit and contracting parties.
What districts does the project have?
Four: Zone A Vịnh Tiên (The Haven Bay, 950 / 771,1 ha), Zone B Vịnh Ngọc (The Green Bay, 660 / 586,9 ha), Zone C Mũi Danh Vọng (The Paradise, 318 / 303,5 ha) and Zone D Đảo Mặt Trời (The Grand Island, 480 / 449,8 ha).
Can foreigners buy here?
Foreign buyer eligibility depends on the project, product type, quota and buyer documents. The Vinh Ngoc assignment policy dated 4 March 2026 excludes foreign buyers within its scope; current validity requires checking. Do not generalize it to the whole project.
